Went for a full-body massage & found the therapist well-trained, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, my treatment started 10-15 mins late and I could hear two women chatting loudly (possibly therapist and client) all the way through my "relaxing" treatment in the next room, which somewhat ruined the ambience.

The ambient-sounds CD kept skipping throughout, too, although the therapist was very apologetic and I wouldn't normally mention it were it not for the above.

I'm going back to try out a pedicure soon, but probably not another massage.

UPDATE: added another star after a thoroughly excellent pedicure. Much better than the popular city salon, with proper massage and extra care taken. Will 100% go back for another.

Very professional, experienced and friendly service. The staff are welcoming and considerate to each individual need. Never pushy for sales and honest with advice. Been my preferred beautician for past 10 years.

This place is amazing. So relaxing and the staff are so attentive. I have my eyebrows done with Suman every 2 weeks and I'm beyond happy with them every time. Would highly recommend this place for threading and bikini waxing.
