An unfortunate experience overall.

I missed the note on the website about not taking new clients and booked myself in for a leg wax.

Upon arrival I was instantly told I should not book in again because there is only space for regular clients - which I do understand, as prioritising regular business is important - however the owner was quite berating about it. I was told she would usually call to cancel new client bookings the day before, but was off work so only saw it this morning.
I would have rather she actually call me on the day of the appointment to cancel, because I wouldn't have attended if I'd known how unwelcome I was.

I felt the owner was pretty rude overall as she proceeded to tell me I had wasted my money in attending anyway, as I wasn't a regular waxer and the hairs were too short. It would have sufficed to explain politely that some hairs may not come out because of the length (even though lots did). It was evident by her rushed nature and curt tone that she was unhappy about my visit.

I accept that I should've looked more carefully at the website before booking. However perhaps next time just cancel the appointment or have a system in place for when you go on holiday and aren't checking who's booking in? An unpleasant experience for me sadly.

Amazing 5 star treatments and service as always! Amalie is an expert in her craft and a true professional in every way. I always feel like a valued client and walk out feeling a million dollars.

i only booked in here as my other place was full.... well....my app was running 10 mins late then i got in there the girl looked at me like i was a piece of s*it! she asked me what tan i would like so i showed her one like i had a few weeks ago & got a reply of ''that doesnt mean nothing to me'' then she tells me shes only got 1 type of tan when the website states 3! i was advised to wash the tan after 4 hours but as i was out left it longer until i got home, when i did wash it ive now got white bits all over me where its come off! now i cant wear shorts for my outing this weekend! not happy! wasted my money!
