Diamond Nails

Went in to get a French manicure for my wedding and I couldn't believe how badly she did them!!
White lines weren't straight and looked unfinished. Everytime I asked her to correct it, all I got was an awful look and then some sneeky comment said in Vietnamese. I then asked if it would be possible to have a blue heart and she weren't even capable of drawing one!
Never been back since...

I had my nails done here and the one of the 3 women that did them well the first woman cut them too short then what I asked but fair enough they are short but then another customer comes on and she talks to them more and I start to feel uncomfortable and then end up waiting a hour just for my second had tips , them another workman comes and finished them as puts them in to shape but there all odd then I wait another hour and another lady comes and paint my acrylics and she got the colours wrong and I wanted rainbow pastel and she came back with a dark purple for my thumb and completely threw off the vibe I was going for and then I had to pay £35 even the I am under 16 and should get £5 off !😤extremely over priced for the service and work they provide , definitely not coming back I was in the salon for 4 hours at most

First time having acrylics and I definitely won't be back. My nails were filed down so much they bled a lot at the time, and 5 days later they're still bleeding.
None of the acrylic is actually anywhere near the edges of my nails or cuticles.
The design I asked for (red to pink ombre) wasn't possible, or I wasn't understood despite showing a photo, but after sitting there for 2 hours while they just rushed as many clients in as possible.

I had these done on Wednesday, today is Monday and one has chipped off. I get longer wear out of Primark £1 stick on nails.
Unfortunately I was only visiting Mansfield and don't live locally, and came in on recommendations but I cannot endorse this at all.
I now have to pay to get them removed and re-done for the event I wanted them for.

My wife went here to have her Nails done. Excellent service, very pleasant and polite staff. Highly recommended.

I'm not usually the type to have my nails done but I treated myself for my wedding and I love how they came out.
The salon was busy which I took as a good sign as loyal customers kept coming in.

They had a huge amount of choice of colours and designs.

I would highly recommend visiting this nail salon and will be visiting again from now on ☺️

Made my nails bleed they really hurt she didn’t even paint my tips my nails look ridiculous waste off money the man that did them was not gentle at all kept bending my fingers and hands and pulling them!

Extremely disappointed. First visits went well, past 2 acrylics infills were very poor quality. Nails were not at the same length and top coat not even. The man doing the acrylic was rude and not gentle at all. Service was not professional as they were rushing to get you out and only looking at how many customers they were doing rather than how many customer were happy about the service.

Outstanding, great job done with my nails, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming, thankyou, I will be back soon xx
