I went here to get a gel fill and they did a horrible job and the girl doing my nails was very rude. It was also very very overpriced. She cut me multiple times without seeming to care and I was bleeding quite a bit. She gave me attitude when I asked her to straighten the tips when she filed them very crooked. There’s a picture of what I asked for (which she said she could do) and what I got attached. She filed them down super short which isn’t what I wanted and as you can see they look nothing like what I asked for and honestly just bad. Not to mention it took almost 2 hours which is quite a long time. I would never return and wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

This place definitely ticks all the wrong boxes. It is derelict and scruffy, from the paint to the velvet chairs for the pedicure. I paid 167£ for 3 pedicure with nail polish, 2 shellac mani and one French acrylic Mani.
You have two other nail salons across the street, so save yourself and go somewhere else. This is just a trap for tourists or one timers (clearly for us!!!)
Even if the staff is agreeable, my manicure/ pedi were just average and my daughter's acrylic a pure catastrophy. The person didn't know how to do a French so the lines were not great, and already one finger was ruined inside, and the whole thing looked terrible within hours although she sat there for 40 minutes to dry it. Bottom line the owner thinks she is right for everything and so called offered us a eyebrow threading (which was the least she could do for making me wait 40 minutes because she had taken 2 ladies whose appointment was well after ours and this although we were exactly on time. The staff juggled in between those two ladies and us, and this well after having taken us. They had incessant requests because of nails ruined apparently and one of them didn't leave until she had obtained what she wanted. I now understand why. We had agreed to come back for the thumbs the next day, but due to the overall result, my daughter asked for the nail polish to be removed and shellac applied instead. It was already a bore to have to go back. But we were told that we were the faulty ones -not them- and that everybody knows that one shouldn't touch anything for at least three to four hours after a manicure:) :) Eventually she asked for 18£ and wanted to settle for 15, but unlike Sonia the owner, I am not a horse trader and we took our business somewhere else, a clean , beautiful place with competent staff and a owner who provides great service. Where we paid 15£. No questions asked.

I’m shocked!I wanted to do lashes extensions.I’m doing it for almost a year in Kyiv Ukraine.So I came here and asked the price 60£.Indian lady was doing it pretty fast.I noticed the bad small of the glue but she said she didn’t feel anything.At the end my up and lower lashes sticked together I asked to take away everything.The glue sticked my eyelids.My panic attack started.Because before this never happened.At the end I paid 1/2.My eyes are red no eyelashes nor fake nor mine.PEOPLE PLEASE DON’T GO!This is the place where you will loose money and health

Never go there!!! Place is super dirty, I doubt if they’ve ever cleaned the tools they use. I went for a shellac mani booked through Treatwell -the price was 33£ which is very expensive for a poor hygiene place and a poor service. On top of that, they asked for an extra 5£ for removal. When I told them that they did not mention that at the description when I did the booking as other stores do and that I wouldn’t have booked in the first place had I known they said that I still have to pay it. I ended up paying 38£ for risking the health of my fingers. Never again.

This was the worst experience EVER! Do no visit this place under any circumstance. They broke my toenail and the manicure was absolutely awful. Hygiene is very bad.

I just had my eyebrows hennaed by the manageress Elizabeth she said it would last for 2months and cost £30 My eyebrows are not symmetrical, one is square the other round as well one higher than other after! She denied this so I went round all the salons in the area and ask for there professional options and they all naturally agreed with me. I went back and asked for a refund however she still refused to take responsibility for a botched job, went about her business,ignored me , on top of telling her other customers it’s my personal problem! I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour . I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities .

Absolute WORST experience of my life!!! Ruined my nail bed with aggressive tools to the point they bled. Waxing was unhygienic - dirty room, double dipping and on top of risking our health it’s very expensive!!! Avoid this place at all costs.

I have done my nails here 2 days ago and my nails already fell of just by doing the dishes once??? I payed so much money not for them to last 2 days I’ve never experienced this I do not recommend…spend your money elsewhere but not here 😑
