The Parlour is a nice friendly but professional place to go. I was a bit nervous as a man going to a Beauty Clinic. I had a course of IPL hair removal and have been very pleased with the results. Sian was very helpful and made me feel at ease throughout.I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking any treatments as all the staff very friendly.

Low staff competency.

After calling The Parlour to be told that the treatment I was after was not a type was laser treatment, I attended a consultation appointment.
However, once at the consultation I was told that the therapist I spoke to over the phone was not qualified to give details of the treatment and that it was in fact a laser treatment.
I had told the therapist over the phone that laser treatment is not suitable for me, but she had not checked with a knowledgeable colleague.
If you cannot trust the staff here with the basics, how can you trust them with any treatments?
Only saving grace was that the therapist at the consultation was polite.

Highly recommend this beauty parlour. I have visited The Parlour over the last couple of weeks for the first time & have felt really welcome each time. I have had 2 massages and 1 microdermabrasion facial. Ciara is warm, friendly, and the quality of treatment she provides is excellent :) The massages I have had by Ciara have felt amazing! I also haven't slept this well in ages so am very grateful 😴 Ciara really knows what she is doing so if you are struggling to relax or life is just taking its toll, why not book yourself in for a nice massage or facial - I'm sure you will too be grateful you have! 😁

I went here for IPL (permanent hair removal) on my pubic hair. They did a skin test to find the correct level, painful but tolerable. On the third session the therapist turned it up. I told her the pain was way beyond my threshold and asked her to stop. She told me not to worry "no pain, no gain."
My nether regions were horribly burnt and took a long time to recover. Horrible incompetence! Avoid for your own safety.

I have received on going treatment at The Parlour over the years for hair removal (waxing) and semi-permanent eyelashes. I have always felt welcomed and at ease with the therapists no matter the treatment and most importantly always had fantastic results. Thanks so much xx

I have been coming to The Parlour for several years now and I could not be more happy with the considerate, professional and accommodating service I have received from Sian and her team. The actual laser hair removal has worked brilliantly, far surpassing my expectations. While I originally booked to start the treatments in 2019, due to personal circumstances, as well as Covid later on, Sian was happy to delay treatments until it was convenient to me. The setting is lovely, the customer service fantastic and the equipment and products used excellent. I happily recommend The Parlour.

I love coming to The Parlour, it's the only place I'll go for a wax because the ladies themselves all do and incredible job and are lovely to talk to.
The timing available have a massive range so it fits most life styles and the quality is one of the best I've ever had.
I wouldn't go anywhere else!
