H & M Hair and Beauty Salon

I’ve booked online via Treatwell platform. It was my first time at the salon which is very today, clean. The staff is professional but Basia is exceptional! My manicure which is a full acrylic set with nail enhancement, is on point for my birthday 😁

Five easy stars for a wonderful new haircut today. The salon is cool and contemporary grey with a cozy feel. The prices are reasonable and the staff are a joy to deal with. My grey hair looks revived and trendy now. It's spotlessly clean and sanitised and adheres to covid guidelines. It's non pretentious and a joy to visit. ✨⭐🌟🤩

These ladies could not have been more accommodating. The master of indecision, I’d actually booked a manicure and pedicure without colour. Not only did Basia ensure my poorly cared for (by me!) nails were neat, tidy and all the same length, she helped me choose a colour, and when I asked to switch to gel nails about half way through the manicure, she couldn’t have been more accommodating. The store is super welcoming and friendly, clean … in fact they have just had a bit of a refit and it looks lovely. I was plied with tea, coffee, water, whatever I wanted. A super relaxing experience. Not at all elitist and stuffy, just welcoming, bright and clean and just what I needed. I would definitely recommend H&M and will be returning, along with my mum and sister.

Teddy did my hair today beautiful balayage on my very thick long and naturally dark hair, after 6 hours and no complaints the result was amazing. She listens and understands your needs unlike many other hairdressers. So patient and lovely, my hair is a nightmare to handle. Will never go anywhere else for my hair colour! Thankyou xx
