Express Eyebrows

I have been having my eyebrows threaded and tinted here for a very long time and I have never been disappointed. The ladies are very polite and professional and keen to please. I love the fact you don't need to book in advance and only ever have to wait a few minutes.

Not happy today, I had one of my eyebrows
overplucked and a visible gap left. It will take months to grow the hair. The woman was in denial. If you're too busy and want to rush things you could ask people to come back when less busy rather than do this. I've been before and it was fine until now

I visited here for the first time yesterday. I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded and expected them to be tidied up but the woman has completely reshaped my eyebrows and they’re so thin now! I had lovely eyebrows before with a lovely arch and now they’re thin and a different shape. I hate them. I didn’t notice while in the shop as I hadn’t put my glasses on when she showed me the mirror but when I got back to my car I was devastated. I won’t be returning. I suggest you actually ask before you hack off half of someone’s eyebrows.
