My thoughts were always that beauty salons were full of gorgeous tanned, long eye lashed, perfectly manicured very young ladies who chatted rubbish. At Emily's this is not the case, although they are all gorgeous. I finally plucked up the courage (I am nearly 60) and made an appointment earlier this year. Well since then I can't stay out of the place. The staff are professional, welcoming and kind. They actually listen to what you'd like to achieve and are honest with their answers. They do not push treatments down your throat but do offer great advice. People now comment on how much better I am looking these days. Really wished I hadn't waited so long to experience more confidence in myself. Thank you Emily and all your staff for changing my life for the better. Long may you continue. xx ps. What a beautiful salon with lovely warming staff. The treatment menu is out of this world, with so many choices and the range of services you can pick from is phenomenal. They have a service suitable for every age, every gender. I highly recommend Emily Louise to anyone looking for an all in one salon!

I visited this salon today and I could not be happier with the service. The ladies were all very nice and fun to talk to. It was a relaxing experience in a chill environment! Very pink and cheerful place, and the lady at the reception was nice and fun! 😁 !!! Coming back soon.

I had Burgundy purple odd shaped eyebrows. Work done by Emily. Customer service has been atrocious and totally uncaring. I am having to have laser removal. My face has been ruined by Emily. Avoid this salon. They have treated me so bad after messing up my eyebrows.
I am still left with a horrible colour and shape. Also the scarring caused by Emily.

2.5 years update. 18 laser sessions. Over 3k in costs to try to remove.. I am left with a horrible yellow beige orange stain. They will never be removed. Be warned they are permanent.

I Have had semi permanent eyebrows with Emily for the last two years and aboslutely love visiting every year for my top-up. I have since started having gel on my nails with Jasmine and she is lovely.Management are friendly and its always a pleasure to visit Thankyou :) see you next week for my nails x

Emily and the girls are so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable! I’ve been having my laser sessions done and the results are amazing, I suffered with dark hair and now I hardly have any hair growing back! Can’t express how happy I am !

I had botox and lip fillers and omg I love them. They are amazing. The staff is amazing.... the place is absolutely stunning.... would highly recomend.

First time having gel nail polish and staff were all very helpful. They listen to what you want and gives you suggestions on what they think will look good on your nails. I will definitely come back! 😊
