Took my father for a hearing aid test & subsequent fitting... he's 98 years young & since our visit life has become very much easier for us all!! Peter Wilson the Hearing Specialist was very helpful & l would recommend this Boots Service especially for the senior citizens who perhaps need a little more understanding & extra patience.

Wide range of products available, good prices and knowledgeable staff when checking prescription information. Boots Advantage Card points offers are regularly updated and using the Boots app is straightforward. Some queuing on my visit but it's not a fault of anyone, just one of those things at the moment with most shops.

After finding myself pacing around boots like a headless chicken in Tunbridge Wells tired and emotional from my newborn and becoming a dad for the first time I was really struggling to find all the bits and bobs and correct stuff my little man required … Then out of nowhere came the hero they refer to as Guy not only did he find me all the essentials I required his advice and fantastic mannerism was like know other I’ve experience before not all hero’s where capes and boots whatever u do hold on to this fantastic asset .Also like to mention Ellie who served me at the till given some great advice and also exceptional customer service thanks you two

Boots should be shut down. They are a monopoly hogging the high streets, always operating with massive queues. I’m in the Tunbridge wells branch with a crying 6 month old, while the staff walk around nonchalant. The management should be ashamed. They are getting away with it for now… but sooner or later a disruptive competitor will come along that has enough staff to actually serve people. I’m sure some arrogant people are reading this not giving a shjt, but you’re making peoples lives miserable. It should be a 5 min walk in and out trip, but it’s over half an hour now. Embarrassing. Painful. Avoidable.

Sadly incompetent all round. No one ever, ever answers the phone. I tried ringing several times - after 3 hours of waiting on hold, hoping someone would answer, I decided to drive there. It took them 20 mins to fill the prescription of the person in front of me, who had a very standard prescription to fill (OTC stuff), only to then find out when I got served that they didn’t have the medication I needed in stock anyway. Nearly everyone working there seems to be trapped in a state of slow motion. It’s like it has been designed to cause customers the maximum amount of frustration and inconvenience possible. Not all boots are this mind-numbing in operation, but tunbridge wells’ boots really does invoke annoyance even for the most patient of souls. Boots head office really need to take a look at this one 😳.

Bad customer service from senior staff members. I have been collecting my prescription for 3 months now.
No eye contact, no smile, lack of hello, just plain rudeness.
I have changed my pharmacy for another one as there are so many with great customer feedbacks

Boots is like every other boots. Avoid the pharmacy there at all costs. Don't send your medicine there or collect prescriptions. Minimum wait time is 20mins atleast although staff seem to just walk back n forth chatting away doing nothing.

Signed up to text notification for repeat prescription and had to chase for consecutive months. If you phone, they never answer! When I queried with a member of staff why my prescription was never ready they blamed the GP surgery. Checked with the doctors only had to be told it had been sent to them each time and I was given a number to quote to help the pharmacy find my record. I complained to the member of staff only to be told I could always go somewhere else 😳
