Very pleased with the service I received on the 28/04/22 in the afternoon. I have had a problem with spots and menopausal skin issues for a couple of months. The lovely female pharmacist had a look at my skin and gave me a suitable treatment along with a skin care regime for my sensitive skin. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very impressed!

Good size store. A great range of goods. Helpful and polite staff. Pharmacy was busy, but each customer given a notice of wait before script taken. I had 10mins, so added some 'window' shopping during my visit. Found photo machines which I would try out next time I need to print off any digital photos from my various devices. Great!

Enjoy the Market Hall experience, do feel they need more than one bar. Find the Crewe Dog lacking in customer service, do go most weekends and think the service could improve! So impressed with the new cheese stand good service and friendly staff 👍

I Visited This Store A Few Days Ago As I Was Looking To Purchase A Perfume. The Lovely Lady At The Fragrance Counter, Laura, Was So Helpful And Patient With Me As I Went Back To Her A Few Times About The Fragrances! A Very Pleasant Experience :)

Great customer service, easy to speak to staff who were very helpful.

We didn't get what we were looking for they offered an alternative but had to go to the till to ask the member of staff on the till for assistance because there's too many of them on the make-up stalls dealing with people trying to take try different makeup and there's not one on the shop floor to ask for assistance you need to put at least one on the shop floor

Used the pharmacy , very pleasant and helpful staff. Then bought a vape ( a long time smoker) and it is very tasteful. The price is very reasonable to. Thank you Boots.
