Shocking. As we go through a pandemic in 2020, this company is so disappointing. It states on line they are open 10.30am-4pm. Got to the door - and guess what, shut!!! My partner needed to see a pharmacist urgently. Disappointed with simple customer communications. Oh well, Looks like Tesco and it’s pharmacy cleans up on sundays in Ashby. Really - you need to realise that we require your stores open 7 days a week.....

Staff are friendly, professional and will help with any of your needs there great at there jobs I'd recommend this pharmacy to anyone, they make you feel more than welcome unlike other places I have been great store 5 stars all the way I rate higher if I could also the pharmacist G we call him goes out his way to deal with me he even comes down during his lunch break to deal with me which is rare all the staff are great too but there aren't many pharmcists that would postpone there lunch to serve customers. NEW NEWS THE MAIN PHARMACIST IS LEAVING ON THE 4TH OF MAY DUE TO PAY CUTS OR SOMETHING I WISH I COULD DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE THIS AS HE IS MORE THAN A PHARMACIST HE IS LIKE A DOCTOR, COUNCILLOR AND A FRIEND ALL ROLLED INTO ONE HE LISTENS I WISH WE COULD PUT IN A POTITION TO MANAGEMENT FOR THE WAY HE IS BEING TREATED AS HIS ROLL IS MUCH MORE THAN A PHARMACIST SAD TO SEE YOU GO G AND ALL THE STAFF FEEL THE SAME BROTHER YOU HAVE MY RESPECT ALL WAYS THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

Very, helpful pharmacy staff. I am away from home longer than expected and had my prescription sent to this pharmacy. The staff were very helpful getting my list of items for me. Thank you.

4 month they have not got my prescription ready, I have got weeks without my injection. This month went in for my prescription and there's nothing there just a box of needles 4 days without medication

Very helpful staff, a bit of a queue at the till (but I suppose that's to be expected during these times!) Excellent bargains at the till! I also got loyalty card (for the first time) and I already have £1.44 on it......don't ask how much I spent?!

Average sized shop, with great staff who are always on hand to help. Been collecting my prescriptions from here for years now and there's never any hassle.
