I'm very sorry because there was a girl at the checkout who could not refund me because the price on the shelf was wrong with the checkout price there was no manager there nor did she have another employee to be able to serve. The queue reached 25 people to wait because the girl at the checkout did not know what to do the time was 18:18 date 27/05/22 I normally paid for a product that had an offer and not what I had to pay. It is unacceptable to call at the store at that time from my phone and there is no one in charge. I asked the cashier when her manager will come and she answered tomorrow morning you can expect him. Unacceptable behavior from all of them how can you leave an employee alone ??? in the whole store ??

Had to wait a while to served at the pharmacy. Despite waiting patiently, when a member of staff did turn up, she wasn't the most pleasant of people to deal with.

The beauty of Boots is you are pretty safe to assume it will be well stocked, tidy and the staff helpful, evensong a highstreet. One of the last shops that still an institution.

Queues queues queues and just one cashier working! Maybe its a Weak management in the store, you find “out of product” labels on a newly stocked items, shop it self is purely running, personally after queueing in a long queue, I wanted to leave my shopping basket and run away.

Terrible customer service. I was ignored repeatedly, was told to wait until they finish with the customer that was waiting after me and then I was told to wait until the checkout queue is reduced in order to help me with the perfume I wanted to buy. Frustrating and disappointing beyond measure.

Booked an appointment online for travel vaccinations. The appointment was booked for 05/01/2023, but was cancelled by text message on 04/01/2023
Rebooked for 19/01/2023 and now that appointment has been cancelled today (17/01/2032) again by text message.

Each time they just give a link to the Boots website to book another appointment. It wouldn’t be so bad if someone bother to call, and made some effort to explain why, and to offer an alternative, but clearly that’s too much trouble.

Won’t bother to try to use Boots for travel jabs in future!

It's would okay need to see more plenty of staff working there as soon as possible prescription are still awaiting for along time also delay and can't make it give other two hours or more..
