Boots

The only boots around. Is small but is well stocked and it has more or less everything that is needed.
It is quite buzy and more often than not there is a queue but the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is open on a Sunday. Parking is always a challenge but I always park in marks and Spencer and I do all my shoping in one go.

Came to pick up a prescription that was supposedly ready, I'm 9months pregnant and have an injured knee and have been waiting for 30 minutes now for the prescription. Bear in mind there's no one else ahead of me.
Absolutely confused to why the service is so slow

They don’t answer the phone if you want to know if your prescription is ready. And you go there to pick up your medication you have to wait for more than half hour even though there is no other patient is before you. Far too slow and incompetent.

Opened 20 minutes late, no apology. Waited 20 minutes to pay because the tills weren’t working and none of the staff knew how to fix it

I went there to collect my prescription. It was very quick and the pharmacist is very friendly. We chatted for a while and they seemed so nice and genuine!

They cancelled my flu jab at short notice and it took over 2 months for me to get a refund.

Still waiting for the shop to open. Yes, only 8 mins late but no sign staff are looking to unlock the door. I suspect waiting for pharmacist. Meanwhile, the queue increases…

If you book a flu jab there, ring to confirm before you go, because if they have to cancel they wont let you know (as confirmed by other reviews below)
