Boots

First time shopping in this Boots store. Stock check online had shown item in stock, couldn't see it on the shelf. Asked a member of staff for assistance. Knowledgable and wonderfully helpful in a swift and upbeat manner. Exceptional service with a warm and genuinely cheerful demeanour.

My sister lives in Bush Hill Park. She has many conditions for which she needs to go to the pharmacy frequently. She had been to four times over last week to collect a prescription and failed due to either pharmacy is closed or they are too busy. This is after staying in a queue for over 30 mins. She is without that medication for five days now which she should have taken on five days ago. We simply do not understand why Boots say 'with you for life' a disgrace!!!

The pharmacy used to be terrible but in the past month it has been excellent. My prescripton ready straight away when I get there to pick up. Please keep up the good work, it makes life much better.

Use the pharmacy here. Always busy but friendly and helpful. There seems to be a major problem with answering the phone however. No one ever does. When I can’t get through to the pharmacy I sometimes try the other departments but with the same result. No one picks up. Ever.

Spacious and clean. This branch has a vast range of products. Good customer service.

Nice store clean has both upstairs and down stairs. Helpful staff.
