The Pharmacist there is so kind and professional. I go there for repeat prescriptions and she remembers me, really attentive service.

Service can be erratic, especially at the pharmacy counter. Staff there often ignore customers for extended periods of time. A good place to buy sandwiches, as it's much cheaper than nearby Pret A Manger and the quality is good. Just don't expect to receive fast service if you need pain relief or treatment for other maladies. The branch on Fleet Street is more energised.

Be aware that this shop is putting ,,sales product,, 3 for 2 but at the till they are saying that promotion doesn't exist and they have ,,by mistake ,, put the labels in a wrong place. Keep misleading customers. Polite but poor service

Closes at 6, walked all the way for nothing. Google says its open till 8

Its nice and bright and well stocked. But the woman on the pharmacy counter was really rude, not just grumpy but really ignorant.

Still haven't updated their opening hours months after changing

The quickest way to get ignored, go to this boots. I was the 3rd person in a queue, got to the counter, the manager Chris asked me what I want just to leave me waiting there as he has to go somewhere to do a vaccine to someone.( he didn't personally tell me that, i heard it). No sorry, no nothing just left. I am speechless

I would like to take this opportunity to thank and praise Joel. In these difficult times of the pandemic in the UK, the HNS is overwhelmed and busy. Joel spent several hours on the phone and has made many attempts to reach the GP to get me the medication that I need. It is people like that who make the real difference. Thank you to Joel. This is friendly and helpful Boots Pharmacy that I highly recommend.
