This boots has a clearer set up than many others, easy to find what you need. They have a large makeup section and unlike others mirrors, so that you can make sure you get the right colours. Very personable cashier.

Was told my NHS 111 to call this pharmacy and somebody would help me get emergency medicine after I because unwell. I called multiple times and each time somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up. Waste of my time, now I have to call 111 again and probably drive 45 minutes to get some medication.

Very misleading "£10"Tuesday ads.Went into Quedgeley Store for Venus de luxe lady razor advertised at £10 Tuesday price.Product was in store but when I took it to the till it came up at £17.99.When I questioned this I was told that the offer only applied to certain products in certain stores.Thats not how the ad suggests.Eventually talked to the manager,expressed my feelings,and got the product at discounted price.Not a pleasant experience Be wary of very misleading £10 Tuesday ads.Not as it seems.

Always a struggle to get my meds. Always. Every time. Always 3 staff behind the counter, yet always a que. Always. Getting my repeat monthly prescription is now an actual cause of increased anxiety and stress, which is an ironic, if it wasn't so stressful. It takes an average of 2 visits each month to collect my repeat prescription. This is based on the last 5 months.

Had private flu jab. Was attended to by a really friendly pharmacist, maturer gentleman. Put me at ease. Would recommend.

Moderately efficient, prescriptions service: needs a reboot, if you pardon the pun. At times, they don't answer the phone. Prescriptions are partly issued. Few of the staff, exhibit a friendly manner, when serving you.

Small Boots but stocks a good range of products and gifts with plenty of choice for fragrances. Saves park ok Ng in town and parking outside the store is free for about 2 hours

Would give zero if i could, someone I was with got falsely accused of shop lifting.

The situation was very embarrassing, the woman was extremely rude. I will be going in over the next couple days to speak to a manager and the 2 colleagues that made the accusations.

Terrible.
