I recently visited Boots in East Ham and I am compelled to leave a message regarding the service received from start to finish. All the staff were very helpful. But I wanted to comment on Regina. She was absolutely
brilliant, her customer service was impeccable. I hope that you mention this to her and reward her. She is an asset to your organisation. Thank you Regina. The lady that bought 2 pairs of Ted Baker glasses.

Slow and unhelpful waited over an hour and a half for an inhaler whilst I was having an asthma attack. I had to wait an hour after calling 111 despite, 111 putting an emergency request through as the pharmacist didn't know how to process the request . Incredibly incompetent

Staff are very rude and disrespectful. I am have to wait 45 minutes to collect my medicine. It’s really disappointed me. I stop collection my regular medication from boots.

The pharmacist and the girl with the scarf (always at the counter) are extremely rude! This girl doesn’t even know how to smile, who hired her? Because she’s doing a terrible job.

I’m a student and I have three ID’s on my phone apps and yet these lot refused to take it. I’ve been using discount through my phone like this with boots for over two years- but they are the first boots to refuse it saying I need the physical card. Who on earth walks around with their uni ID card. They refused to apply the discount - my husband did warn me they are rubbish and hands down absolutely rubbish. “Oh well I can’t take it in” lol sell yourself to your job mate

I am in chronic pain and unable to get a GP prescription as it is the weekend. I attempted to get the only painkiller that helps my pain and I was refused. I am highly disappointed. I am a responsible adult NOT an addict and feel very let down today. Why recommend paracetamol for chronic pain. Ridiculous

Told me I have to wait 2 weeks for them to order my prescription.
Takes 24 hours at another local independent pharmacy, so what gives, Boots?
