Boots

Went to Boots Nailsea on Friday, 27th. June to get a prescription. Found the store closed because they could not provide a pharmacist for that day. Surely the store should have been opened for non pharmacy sales.
Went to the store on Saturday 28th. June. Two queues, one for the pharmacy and one for other produce, each about eight deep. Total staff, one young lady trying in vain to keep up with shop sales and on the prescription queue, one pharmacist and one assistant. Totally understaffed for a busy Saturday. Boots is a national company and should be doing much better.

Really difficult to communicate with Assistants wearing masks in front of screens.
Will use another pharmacy whilst these measures are in place.

Asked for help for itchy scalp, gave me dome shampoo and at the moment doing the trick.

Only 3 stars as the weigh machine wasn't working but staff are lovely and very helpful

Went for flue jab staff friendly and efficient.

Only ever one person serving. Plus only take card payments!

Absolute abysmal service. Complete lack of staff, closed at lunchtime, miserable staff attitude.
Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a prescription to be prepared which was requested prior to Christmas.
Back to Day Lewis pharmacy in future....
