Boots

I love shopping at Boots, I always need something they have. I did notice a favourite personal product of mine has been out of stock for over 2 weeks at least. Checking with other stores though it seems to be the same everywhere.

Large store over 2 floors. Good range and well stocked. Decent baby selection with some of the larger items like highchairs available

Visited this branch for the first time. Staff were friendly, Store was well stocked. No staff on checkout as it looked as though it is self service only for those using the store for shopping, as opposed to those queuing for prescriptions.That was no problem for me, but for those who are not used to self service tills, no doubt the staff would be very willing to help. Good store over all.

Staff always helpful and seem very knowledgeable in their respective fields. The store is good on the lower floor, but a little tired/ lack lustre on the first floor. But again, staff really helpful.

Wasn't expecting my order u til at least today but got a call yesterday saying it was in. First time I've experienced good service and not long wait times. Very haply

This particular store is inside Crawley Mall which has undercover multi storey car park so ideal in wet weather.

I don't shop in the town centre often and today's experience wasn't exactly encouraging. The staff member serving was not very attentive and, in fact, was interrupted by and had a conversation with a colleague about shift timings. She didn't even speak to me once the conversation started, let alone look at me.
Having been overcharged at the County Oak store before Christmas and not realising until wrapping my gifts, I can't say I'm in any rush to go back to Boots stores in general.
I'm a big advocate for retail workers as I used to be one many years ago, but this kind of service is why people shop online.

Haven't been here for many years, pretty awful. The make up area is filthy and u hygienic, and the layout of everything is chaotic. Avoid.
