Boots

I am writing this to stop people making the mistake of arranging to have their medicines delivered to their home by Boots. My parents have paid for a year's delivery service and it is very bad. To make things worse, it is impossible to speak to anyone on the phone to find out what is happening with their prescriptions. The whole point of signing up was to make sure Mum doesn't have to go in person, but that is what she often ends up having to do. As soon as the year is up, I will be transferring their prescriptions to someone else.

This is probably the worst Boots I have ever visited. It sometimes takes 45 minutes to get a prescription ready. The service is terrible.

I received the most helpful service whilst considering buying products at the No 7 range today. Your employee (unfortunately I didn’t note her name)
spent time using the device which monitored skin condition, explaining and advising me re the appropriate lotions available. She spent time helping me to understand the ingredients and their benefits whilst exploring my daily skin care routine.
She is a great asset to your Company. I wish the Manager to be made aware of her ability and to be commended for her service. Thank you.
I would also like to point out that I had contact with two other employees and both were helpful, informative and cheerfully polite.

Service is outrageously bad, every time you go in for a prescription your waiting thirty minutes for a pharmacist to check it. More often than not you live without correct dose, had to change pharmacy it’s so bad.

I never use this shop if I can help it. Woefully understaffed and you regularly have to wait 30 minutes or more in the prescription queue. There is another pharmacy just across the car park which is friendly and quick. They should shut this Boots down - there’s much better uses for central town real estate.

Very friendly and polite till staff, a credit to the company. My only criticism is of the brand, not just this particular store: the merchandising and shop fittings are completely uninspiring, it's purely functional (an in and out shopping experience).
