All tills are self scan now, and only 2 accept cash.
After waiting ages, a man called me to the end and opened a real till for me. Thank you very much to that man. The 3 star are purely because of him.
But bloody stupid of Boots to NOT ACCEPT MONEY at all the self scan tills.

Went there for dry shampoo,and got it. Plenty of offers and products. However,the payment sections are not clear and where I thought I could pay,I got told another opening was nearer the front doors!! When I got there initially,noone was on the tills! Wish the tills were clearly designated and had proper staff there to know more than one place to pay!

Poor customer service from a member of staff, that was only salvaged by the security guard (I think) at the front of the store and another employee.

Visited the store to purchase Black Opium perfume, which included a free primer with every purchase. I asked, twice, for the employee serving me to check whether or not the primer was available before making my purchase. Both times she did not, and when I asked again after making the purchase she admitted there was no primer available. When confronted she was rude - rolling her eyes and throwing a nasty look my way, before getting another member of staff to assist. At no point was I rude, or even annoyed, when expressing my bewilderment at why she hadn't just checked whether there was primer so her hostile manner was excessive.

The other member of staff who came to assist was helpful, offering us a replacement gift. Maybe she was aware that her colleague employed a deceptive tactic to ensure a sale. Very disappointing as in previous visits staff have been personable.

Boots is famous specially for its pharmacy. After NHS, this is the largest Pharmacy in the United Kingdom. You can find any kind of makeup, perfume and other regular uses products in Boots. Boots have their own product as well which is really good like N07, Soft & Glory, etc.

This Boots location is just okay. Don’t count on it for high end products that many of their other locations sell. They do sell YSL makeup but were sold out of most of the items I wanted. I thought the inventory was very picked over and minimal at best.

One old lady staff is terribly impatient!!!!she is very rude. Did I do anything wrong? Just asked her help for the checkout machine. The checkout machine did not work properly. It should have given the notice it is card only. All the checkout machines at big Boots are cash/card machines.Either train staff properly or change machines.😨

Went in for my flu jab and had to wait in a queue. When I finally got to the front the man was rude saying I was late, even though I had been waiting. He accused me of "just getting there, I saw you". He then jumped to conclusions and said I didn't book the right appointment and didn't let me explain that I was an NHS patient. After getting my flu jab from Maria, who was lovely, I sat outside in the waiting area as recommended and was chatting to my friends until my five minutes was up. We got interrupted by the same rude man that checked me in and was told to be quiet. I was so uncomfortable that I left before waiting five minutes.

Absolutely wrong opening and closing times, it says closes on 20:00 been here on 19:00 was already closed thuse it's located on main Street but the location on the map is misleading.
Please correct your hours as I came from very long distance.
