Boots

One of the very few pharmacies open on Sundays in quite a large area but they didn’t have children’s antibiotics in stock when we needed them - such items should always be in stock, especially in the weekend when one might be desperate to get medications for a poorly child! Very disappointing.

Long long wait to pick up prescription. Signs up saying that there is a shortage of pharmacists because a local pharmacy has closed. I fail to see the logic of this! Staff helpful as usual. Be nice to them. Not their fault, but Boots really need to sort this out.

Needed a pair of sunglasses, not silly money designer things, found what I wanted.
Straight to empty tills.
Free case.
Plenty of parking.

I just wanted to give a massive shout out and the biggest Thank you to the kindest lady in Boots - Farnborough Gate, her name is Julia Kenny. She always goes above and beyond to help my parents when they are in the store visiting for some shopping.
My mother suffers from Parkinson’s and really struggles to get around, but Julia is always there with a helping hand- nothing is ever a problem.
I just wanted to say thank you to her, for her kindness and caring ways, it really does make such a difference and never goes unnoticed by my parents.

Poor. They had an end full of half price gift sets, with the little present 🎁 on the label meaning they were on 3 for 2. But they simply refused to offer the 3 for 2 deal at the till because the gift sets "were already on sale".

The pharmacy line was wrapped around the store. After I gave in prescription I was told it would be 10 minutes. Forty minutes later I finally got it. The pharmacist kept helping the cashier instead of getting the drugs. He also went to help other people that weren’t even there half the time. Don’t waist your time!

Waiting time is horrendous, no one seems to know what they are doing. The amount of time I’ve spent waiting in this store… I might aswell work here!!!! They need to prioritise customers over stock replenishing. They are soo unorganised. The pharmacy is terrible I’ve had a 3 hour wait in there.

Poor for picking up prescriptions. Slow and attitude. Been told more than once around 1330 that pharmacist is on lunch come back in an hour! Computer says no
