Not impressed with the pharmacist really. Went in knowing I had ringwirm but I just wanted it confirmed knowing it's impossible to get a doctors appointment. He looked at the obvious rash on my neck and said he had no idea what it was and go to the doctor...cheers for your help

When you get to speak to the pharmacy they are very helpful, but the store never answers the phone. This is not an isolated instance, have tried and the phone just rings out. Tried repeatedly over a period of 2 hours on a number of occasions over several weeks, trying to see if a prescription is ready for collection.

Very run down shop in need of refurbishment, I can't believe this belongs to a famous national chain of shops, it was like something out of the Soviet Union era of the 70s, shelves empty, very drab, neglected and dreary. Doesn't inspire confidence. The staff were fabulous tho in finding what I required

Self service photo printing terminals difficult to use. No USB C connection. Not obvious how to upload single or multiple photos and select desired print format. Staff not trained to use machines either. Very poor service.

Pharmacy service is terrible. They never have what you need or tgey can't find your prescription.

I visited this store today to buy a few products.
Once I picked the items I required I waited by the till - no staff. After a while I approached the store manager and asked if I can get served. She said that somebody will be with me in just one moment so I returned to the unattended checkout. I stood there for another while completely ignored. I then approached the store manager again and her reply was I should join the queue behind her as this is the only checkout that is open by which time the queue was quite significant.
I was not prepared to wait yet again to SPEND MONEY in store!
The way the store manager spoke to me was unacceptable and rude! I feel let down by the level of service I received! If I was her I would be embarrassed to treat customers in such a way especially how desperate they are for walk in customers. Going forward I will make my purchases online to avoid this store or spend my money elsewhere.

Booked our flu jab online. Turned up on time and jabbed without any fuss by a very competent pharmacist. Recommended.

Have no problem with boots in selby can always rely on them to sort any problems out very efficient
