Beyond slow at the pharmacy and can never ever seem to locate a private prescription on their system. Completely understaffed and a queue going the entire way down the shop. Really disappointing as this has happened every time and I've given the benefit of the doubt each time, just nuts at this point.

Zero if I could - the Pharmacy NEVER answer the phone,the queues to drop off prescription and pick up meds is always so long (dont be suprised at a 45min wait). They are EXTREMELY disorganised,have no sense of urgency about them and even less in the way of customer service. Snails move quicker with better productivity. Avoid at all costs.

There is always people queuing! Never enough people at the Pharmacy. My family’s medication unfortunately always goes direct to Boots and I have terrible experience each time, not even a good experience once!!!
Have spoken and complaint to the store a few times but I think the only wise thing to do is to move my prescriptions to anywhere else

Not even 1 start!!!

I have to get medication monthly and whenever I go there are different staff behind the pharmacy counter, once I've qued anywhere between 5 minutes to 45 minutes which is an unacceptable wait time for a pharmacy! They never answer the phone either... Ever! It's such a shame as it's since this year it's gone down hill and it just doesn't seem to be getting better.

The place needs a new manager, stock control and organisation is appaling. It stated online and in store the product was in stock, it took between 20-30 mins for 2 people in the back to try and find this item to no avail, they they could find the one which cost twice the price. Total waste of time.

Pharmacy opening hours are different from store.

Staff at the pharmacy are incredibly rude. They don't even have two seconds to listen to what you are saying.
