Very slow service in the main store with some rather annoying pedantic senior staff that seem to set out with the intention of finding a reason to not sell you a product you need when they ask what you are using it for.

Pharmacy a different story, always friendly and helpful and a genuine desire to provide top service.

Tried to ring Carmarthen Boots to speak to a pharmacist about covi/flu but tried several times and no luck. We are advised to check with pharmacists to save gp appts. but how can you if you can't get through on the phone.

Staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. I asked a few questions and they were able to help me find the right product, which had been working a treat !!!

The photo lab was great. They had the medicine that I wanted and very easy to find

You always have to wait ages to be served at this store, even when it's not busy. All the staff work in the dispensary and non to serve customers. Collection of internet orders is very disorganised, no-one knows where they are!

Staff on no7 counter extremely help full.Even had a free make up pallet put in my bag which was an offer I didn't know about.Thank you lovely surprise when I got home.

Carmarthen pharmacy has greatly deteriorated over past year. Have to check prescription before leaving. Told to come back, need to reorder. Never answer phone.

The lady of the Clinique counter was brilliant. Sorry I didn't get her name. Short grey hair. I've been to so many places to find the right colour foundation and she got it first time.
