Boots

Time and time again I find myself waiting to be served as the staff enjoy a chat in the pharmacy area. This morning there was myself and one other customer and six staff that I could see. pity they couldn't be bothered to attend to us or even acknowledge us. I gave up and left the store. I know its not just me that finds this store like this as you only have to mention Brecon branch and people roll their eyes and complain about the same thing. A bit of customer service training is needed I think.

Very poor service and over priced. If you are looking to get a prescription filled and have a few hours to spare then def go here.

Good select for a small store. But if collecting from pharmacy it takes for ever so slow.

I had to wait a long time to be served and that's every time, and also they didn't have one of the items on my prescription, so I asked if it could be sent with my repeat prescription and I was told yes that's fine, but it wasn't delivered with it so now I have to go back to boots again when I'm trying to stay indoors as I'm vulnerable to the virus, so I'm not impressed at all

My local boots is closed from midday till 2pm everyday and I don't know of any other highstreet store closed at those times. It also was only open 8.30-10.30 last Saturday. I find this totally ridiculous and very frustrating. I know locally of a number of people who have changed their monthly prescriptions from boots to Well so that can't be good either for boots.

Lovely little town Boots store, i grab my prescriptions from here and the dispensing staff are very helpful, as are the rest.

Poorly managed, not a great customer experience. Pharmacists don't stagger lunch and so pharmacy closes??
