One criticism was the pharmacy opening times. The pharmacy is not open during all the opening hours of the main shop. It is not open until 3pm on a Saturday, which meant a return trip after other tasks in Haverfordwest.

I just wanted to mention a lady called Karen who served me on Wednesday. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she definitely went the extra mile. A credit to your store.

Large store, bright, clean and neat. Not great value but overall a decent offer.
Definitely use the Boots loyalty card.

If your due to pick a prescription then I strongly recommend you get it sent somewhere else, the staff spends more time doing sod all behind the counter while a queue builds up, and once you get served you will more than likely find that your prescription is not done, not there or wrong even after you hand it in the day before, it’s an absolute joke, toddlers could do a better job

Was unsure when purchasing an item which one to select from a good selection and the staff member Shellie went out of her way to explain the pros and cons of each... furthermore there was a discrepancy with the price at the till, as it was advertised for sale on the shelf at a considerably lower price.. Both Sandra on the till and Shellie sorted it with little fuss and I was very happy with the service provided.

I bought a battery operated razor in August frin Boots, but didn't use it until the end of September on holiday abroad. There was something wrong with it as it made horrible noises when you pressed the heads against your skin
I managed with it just. I took it back yesterday and a very helpful gentleman replaced it for me with no problems. I had kept the receipt. Thank you Boots, Haverfordest.

We went to the opticians department regarding a problem with the wife's glasses. First class service, all sorted and the wife is very happy.

Friendly staff. Store clean and tidy, plenty of offers on.
