Staff are friendly and helpful. I use the Monmouth regularly and get all my family prescriptions from here without any problems. Fantastic place

A real old fashioned feeling to the store. Doesn't feel like like it's part of a major pharmaceutical chain. 12 months later and they really have gone downhill. Very difficult to get served! There's another pharmacy in town, USE IT!

Prescription? Don't go anytime near lunchtime 12-2pm Murphy's law will dictate that the pharmacist will be on lunch

I'm going to say come on boots sort yourselves out what a shambolic mess the Monmouth store is.. Staff too busy or just disorganized to being helpful, que at the till which wraps around shelves so you can't get to anything. Never enough stock. The shop always looks gringy like it needed a good clean. And who closes for lunch!!

I cannot express my gratitude to Ashleigh, pharmacist, for her professionalism and compassion today. I was highly stressed and apologise for my irritation, but I had travelled 17 miles to access medication. Ashleigh was really helpful and understanding. Thank you.

Minus 1 star! Very rude staff that would rather chat with each other than attend to customers waiting! Very unprofessional behaviour. Avoid if you can.

Boots has really gone downhill in terms of Customer Service. They never have enough staff and you always have to wait for what seems like an age to pay. The store in Monmouth looks very tired and needs some TLC urgently. Items for sale are generally much cheaper in places such as SuperDrug so no wonder they are losing customers.

Unfortunately the Monmouth store is very dirty. In a 'clinical' area where hygiene is important when giving jabs etc., the floor was caked in mud and dust and the glass door was filthy. Even the computer used to record information before the jab was really dusty. Employ a new cleaner!
