Brayford Guest House

Lovely place to stay. Ideally situated and very welcoming. Modern comfortable rooms at a reasonable cost. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety and they happily catered for my multiple dietary requirements. Definitely would stay here again.

Marie and Clint are amazing hosts. The highlight of my stay at the Brayford Guest House was the exceptional service. Marie and Clint went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and were really good at conversations. The room itself was spacious, clean and fantastic! Breakfast was great (I chose the Vegetarian option) and the location while not right smack in the city, was pretty was a quiet a good neighbourhood. City was accessible by foot in 15mins. Booking via their website was straightforward, clear messages were given on the check-in and check-out process. Overall I had a great stay!

Lovely, clean refreshing place to stay. The one bedroom suite was more than adequate and Marie was very accommodating to let me have the room early as I was working night shift. She also made me poached egg on toast when I got there, even though she had finished serving breakfast. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Overall great place to stay with the location, very close to the warf, maybe a 3/5min walk, not even that to be honest! Just if your a light sleeper like me then it's a bit noisy though the other occupants where trying to be respectful, I think its just the house, it sounds like the ceiling could come down with every step the upstairs took 😂

This was a lovely place rooms where so bright and airy the bed was very comfortable and there was a fridge and fan in room also a hair dryer, TV with sky, and WiFi but we couldn't get it to connect, shop across the road and canal at bottom of the street which was a lovely walk on a warm evening

Nice place our 2nd stay there ..stayed in the courtyard last time lot quieter than the house must have changed hands since we were last there no brekkie.. noisy toilets we could here people peeing in there toilet...

TV wouldn't work. Overly complicated instructions that didn't work. Electric went off early evening and not back on until morning. No actual parking, just got to get lucky with street parking. On the upside the room was clean.
