First hotel we have stayed at with fantastic reading lamps. Very nice room , a great breakfast served by Julie who was helpful and friendly. Good parking on the street. The guest house is in a nice part of Farnborough

Lovely friendly helpful girls, nothing too much trouble and took time to talk to you. Room was spacious and comfortable and things matched. Plenty of tea and coffee available in room. Nicely presented b&b. Within 5 minute walk of Farnborough exhibition centre and airports.

Great hosts, meals & comfy rooms. Free daily top ups of tea/coffee & biscuits. Expansive breakfast menu & self serve options. Staircase carpet may give you a strange feeling whilst walking up and down, but elsewhere is fine.

The single rooms were terrible we stayed in 4 and 5, no comparison to the pictures on the website which seemed only to show double rooms, they need full renovation, the light fitting in Room 4 in the shower showing electric wires, the pressure in the shower none existent in both rooms , open the window and tons of cobwebs around the sill, would most definitely not recommend. The light and T.V kept going off and on in Room 4, too many problems to address without moving out, only a short stay, attending a funeral so had no energy to sort it.

Stopped for the night whilst visiting family in the area, found it reasonably priced, the rooms were slightly dated in decor but clean and tidy. We had breakfast which had a good selection on offer.
