I was fortunate enough to see the room while it was being cleaned. It was disgusting. The mattresses had urine stains on them and there was a very distinct musty smell. After I cancelled my booking they still charge me for the night.

Had many rooms available. Tidy. Unmatched bedding, outdated room decor. No fridge in rooms, shower was ok. Badly laid out hallway/doorways, making it difficult with bags. Heating self controlled and hot 😀 my opinion is, its overpriced and the staff are friendly, but passive and it felt awkward

Arrival was great, met by staff who were really nice and helpful.
Fairly dated and in need of updating / maintaining. Toilet seat was in the wrong position, so it was a challenge to keep it up, and the shower rail was broken so only able to shower by hand. One of the radiators wasn't working. Google showed this as free breakfast included, but we were told there was a £5 charge for this when we got there.
Got a good deal on this place, so happy with my stay overall - cleanliness was fine, bed was twins sheeted together and I slept ok so must have been comfortable.

There isn't a lot to say about this place besides that I feared for my heath and we'll being. I shared a double room with another and the night was as good as sleeping on a floor. The rooms were warm however that could have been due to the mold preceding from the walls warming the room. The beds were uncomfortable. One of our rooms had a shower break and proceed to propel smells of toilet water into the room and then the corridor. If I could give this place a half star I would... I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Positive: not a lot. It was convenient for us as we were moving house close by.. Negative: The room was small, the bed linen didn't match and was not ironed . one of the beds creaked badly with any movement. We reported this. The shower room was so small . we are average size and found it difficult to move . the shower was old and dirty the shower tube was limed and silted up. The hospitality tray was sparse and didn't have milk. Not enough towels for two people. The breakfast was on the first morning diabolical . Tables were not set as picture The waiter was rude . there was rice on the table from a previous meal. you had to make your own tea in beakers ( I expect a teapot and cup and saucer at the least when in a hotel) Cheap margarine half baked toast on side of food fried egg no yolk??? got food on plate which i specifically asked not to have. No juice no cereals NOT A FULL ENGLISH The waiter who was also cook was not wearing correct clothing for the job He bragged about how he was a chef in a busy hotel in Poland. Well full English breakfast not on the menu there then !! There was no visible covid protection . Other people complained and the manager /owner came and apologized and offered a refund, which we haven't had a month later. She cooked our breakfast the next day , it was better than before . The hotel was full of contract workers who ate in the dining room at night and left a mess . came in late in the evening and then left about 5 am. Which was noisy We were ground floor at the front .THE AVERTISEMENT PHOTOGRAPHS ARE NOT UP TO DATE it does not look like this AT ALL. Requires a lot of work inside and out . And possibly new staff training..

Positive: Breakfast was very good freshly cooked to time ordered and well served wit more than sufficient to eat, even supplied jam and marmalade as requested without further charge,in all very good value. Negative: The shower room/ toilet was very small and lacked a mirror,staff said they would try to correct this for future guests.

Positive: Breakfast was ok. Negative: I travelled up to Boston with my Brother for our Fathers Funeral, I was very disappointed with the Property, The Shower didnt work properly, complained but wasn't done, their was also non stop noise and drunks staying their, I don't know if they were asylum seekers or what but not good, it went on all night, Ive booked with Booking.com several times now and always very impressed with theService, but this was definitely a disaster, very run down outside as well.

Positive: Room itself was comfortable enough, if a little tired, and there was, good off-road parking. Negative: No sign of staff at the time we'd asked for in the morning for breakfast (which had been an addon at time of booking) - had to ring a mobile number to get hold of the host. Covid precautions that we have seen elsewhere were not apparent..
