The Beach House

Called and made my booking which was made as easy as possible for me. I arrived shortly after 5pm on a Saturday so parking was difficult but the owners where more than happy to move their car so I could park right outside. Check in was easy and simple. Room was clean, welcoming, plenty of refreshments available and fresh bedding and towels. Very clean facilities. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast good value for money. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommended!

Very friendly owners, room was very clean and comfortable, itd in a convenient location being a 5 minute max walk to the sea front, it's right near town too. Bed was comfortable shower nice and hot even in the evenings. Breakfast was very nice and will generous portions.
Thank you for a lovely few days away.

Great hosts, Stan and Serene are so kind and welcoming. The room was tidied every day. Kept me stocked up with imperial mints 🤣.
The breakfast was the best English breakfast I've ever had in my 40 yrs. Me and my partner have decided to make it our monthly regular stay.

Incredible hosts, front the minute we arrived we were greeted by the host who was so accommodating and lovely. There was added perks to the room itself with little complimentaries, a little box of things you may have forgotten, which was really sweet. A helpful guide of what too do in yarmouth. Hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Breakfast was lovely. They literally couldn't do enough for you. The room was cosy, the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be staying again in the years to come.

Fantastic stay here and owners so friendly and helpful. Lovely touches in room with forgot me box and plenty of tea coffee etc. Was our anniversary and gave us box of chocolates as well.

Such a lovely place. I spent the week here and felt really at home. Serene is so kind, helpful and friendly. The vegetarian breakfast was fab. I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks to Stanley also. 🙂

Tidy and clean room, the breakfast is excellent. The owner is so friendly and polite. The location is good, only 5 minutes walk to the sea front and the high street. Paking is convenient as the owner can give good guildance to me. Highly recommend.
