Arrived late at night . Not easy to find and on arrival poorly signed for parking and entrance very friendly host . Lovely room .spacious Bath but no shower . Beautiul setting and grounds. Very well kept . Excellent breakfast choice of cereal fruit and full English with alternatives including salmon and egg should you desire a different route . Overall excelled

Brilliant little B&B off the beaten track n surrounded by open fields and countryside. I stayed here a couple of times and there are two bedrooms available in a converted barn seperate from main house/cottage. Both bedrooms are large bright and spacious - one is a twin room with a shower room the other is a double room with a bath which I preferred. The rooms are absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean very good quality white bedding and towels. The lady that runs it is very helpful and friendly ...breakfast is fabulous and is served in the main cottage dining room. All breakfast products and fresh are sourced locally. I had smoked salmon and scrambled egg and also full English. Excellent quality options. Would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Great value for money

Lovely rooms in the top of a barn, very tastefully decorated. Very many little touches to make you feel welcome, like fresh milk in a jug in the fridge and cottonwood and soaps in the bathroom. All kept scrupulously fresh and clean. The choice of breakfast includes salmon and haddock as well as a full freshly cooked breakfast. When we visit friends in this area, this is our come-to location. Can't wait to return.
