The Ormerod B & B

Positives:Location , friendly staff , decent room. Decoration in public rooms was clean and bright. Obviously money had been spent to update facilities
Negatives :Must agree that the food particularly when on B&B was very average.

After already booking I read the review below so was a little worried at what I would find. However I didn't need to worry, I arrived late and was welcomed by a very pleasant lady who was both courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The Ormerod is all so very placed for the town centre. I will be booking again.

Been here many times always beenade very welcome. Rooms are very nice with either shower or bath tea and coffee making facilities flat screen TV. Breakfast in the morning you have a good choice of cereal fruit or a full English would recommend

Excellent. Best b and b in Burnley. My friend Luigi Baldassarre from Italy stays here every visit and he loves it. Says its the best hospitality in Burnley and breakfast to match. Luigi by name and Luigi by nature too - they had a water leak and Luigi fixed it and they let him stay for free! 5*

Room was good my friend enjoyed her stay and they take dogs

Undoubtedly one of the best B&B I've visited, excellent facilities, staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly if they tried, and a superb breakfast at an unbelievably competative price, will certainty be stopping their again.
