A really warm welcome into a gorgeous family home. This is how a B and B should be. The house is large and airy and a proper family home (children have flown the nest) and I loved the one night in it. Super comfortable bed, charming, helpful host and perfect breakfast. I did not hate this place I loved it. Beautiful garden, beds really comfortable, food good especially the roasted tomatoes. Hosts were very very nice. Please be aware that you are staying in their beautiful home not in an annex so your bathroom is their also theirs. Thoroughly recommend.

Andrew and liz are fantastic hosts and the place is totally relaxed. Were only here for one night whilst walking offa's dyke but would definitely come back for a two or three night stay. If you are walking the dyke stay here.

Five star perfection. Perfect hosts, excellent breakfasts, tea and cake on arrival, a stunning house and garden, comfortable beds and a huge bath. Absolutely no room for improvement, and we very much look forward to returning next year.
