Really friendly staff, spotless room with ensuite, extremely comfortable bed, fresh towel and breakfast every day. Would really recommend

A really lovely 3-person ground floor room, good shower, and excellent breakfast arrangements. I cannot think of a better location for the Farnborough Air Show, and we will seriously consider Airport Lodge if we have an early departure from LHR or LGW, or if we are meeting someone arriving early a.m. at either, so as to reduce our drive from home. Thank you Sally for a 5***** star stay, and also recommending the superb Gurka Palace Restaurant just a 2 minute walk away.... Nic, Gloria & Jerome - Bournemouth, UK.

I booked two rooms for the Farnborough Air Show. Later, in a telephone conversation, I asked Neena the owner to see if she could find someone to rent one of the rooms, since my colleague that was planning to join was unsure if he could still make it. As my own room has two beds, I planned to share with him if necessary, should Neena be able to rent the second room. Neena told me that she wasn't able to rent the room, and would have to charge the full amount. I asked if I could instead have another colleague use the room, at which point Neena admitted that she had in fact found somebody to rent the room, so it was no longer available. She refused to refund the amount for the second room, even though she rented it to a third party who's paying her directly. I had no access to the room and she still refused to issue me a refund, stating that this situation is clearly outlined in her cancellation policy, which I had never been provided. As a result two individuals paid for the room on the same dates, and I was overcharged nearly $1,000 for the stay.

Was ok, not great. Room was clean and tidy enough, but was disturbed by noisy neighbours and main road traffic all night. Facilities were quite dated and basic. Kettle was dirty and full of stale, foul smelling water.

Great Welcome and great place lovely and warm well cleaned plenty of breakfast good suppl of tea /coffee/fruit easy to find easy to travel around close to fantastic shopping centre but not too close,beds and bedding great lovely size room,we will deffo stay again well worth it

By far the best B&B I've stayed in for a while. A plane spotter dream come true. Very friendly, helpful owners
