We received a wonderful welcome from the hosts of Number 5. The rooms are spacious, bright and the furnishing s lush. The bathrooms both have beautiful deep roll topped baths and separate showers. There is nothing you need to take as the hosts are very attentive to help in a crisis. Our sleep was comfortable and certainly quiet. Breakfast was the best we have ever had in a B & B, the whole experience was more in line with a five star hotel. I would definitely recommend to people and if we are in the area again we will certainly book. Karen Whelpton

This place is beautifully decorated, so luxurious and the owners couldn't do enough to make you feel comfortable. Definitely will go back again. Even if it was just for the massive bath and yummy breakfast.

Attention to detail shows everywhere in this beautiful B & B. Friendly hosts and lovely breakfasts. Situated near the beach front and Alverstoke village. Could not fault anything and would certainly stay again.

Jan and Geoff are excellent hosts and made us feel at home from the start. We had breakfast in the garden which was a perfect way to start our day. It was lovely to eat eggs fresh from the chickens. Number Five is so beautifully appointed and I would not hesitate to stay again. We stayed in romantic “Willow” with views of the stunning garden. The bed was super comfortable and the atmosphere was so tranquil and restful. Everything is so thoughtfully set out, with touches to make our stay even more enjoyable, including bathrobes and cool drinking water. We really did not want to leave. Thank you so much to the lovely Wheelers!
