I stayed at this guest house with my sister in law, between the 4 -7 th August 2016. It was such a lovely homely place, really peaceful, the owner Kate was so nice, breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh every morning to your choice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice rest if visiting relatives as I was

My gran great gran and aunty stayed here . They could not be more impressed with the owners who were perfect hosts.
The breakfasts was amazing . The best of any bed and breakfast they had been before.

We would recommend this to anyone who required accommodation . The price was excellent .

Had a lovely stay. Extremely comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Breakfast fabulous. Kate and Tony are lovely lovely people. Made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay again if down that way again. Highly recommended.

Lovely little guest house in a beautiful position. Loads of attention to those little details that make a place special. Comfy bed and all the amenities you would expect in a much larger hotel. Excellent breakfast! Couldn't fault anything! Very reasonable too! Definitely 5 stars!

Kate and Tony are excellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble.

We had a very comfortable stay in their spacious family room, number 5 and it is spotless as well as attractive. As is their breakfast room and the breakfast, very tasty!
Each morning we were treated to a freshly cooked plant based, whole food breakfast. Kate shopped especially for Linda McCartney sausages to accommodate my husband and I alone.
We were offered extra coffee and toast without asking and it’s good coffee by the way.

An added bonus is their guest lounge upstairs with 180 degree view across the Solent to the I.O.W.

Parking is easy, on a spacious driveway belonging to the guest house and right outside the front door.

There is a local pub restaurant, The Osborne View with panoramic views and a beach garden just opposite.
Literally around the corner is Titchfield Haven, great for a walk along the beach, dropping into the cafe and gift shop and for bird watchers it’s a must.

Your right next door to the pretty little village of Stubbington and it’s shops, cafes, pubs and other amenities and not much further from the A27/M27 for links to major towns and cities, including Fareham, Wickham, Portsmouth, Southampton, Chichester and more.

We booked another stay at Trevarner before we left.

Thankyou so much Kate and Tony, for making our stay so enjoyable.

Shame it was just a 1 night stay. Lovely hosts, great breakfast, very spacious room albeit we did have the family room, just across road from sea front. Great price. Definitely recommend.

Warm welcome and lovely breakfast.

Just across the road from the beach and has views of the Isle of Wight.

Close to a nice pub (Osborne View), quiet village nearby shops, approx 20 mins from Fareham, 30-40 mins from Portsmouth and Southampton.

EV charging point if required (discuss cost with owner)

Hosts Kate and Tony made our stay at their guest house perfect whilst we celebrated our son and daughter in laws wedding. All rooms were ideal for the wedding party and nothing was too much trouble. Perfect. See you again in the near future.
