Cannot fault this b&b, property is lovely, very comfortable and the owners the friendliest most helpful people who know everything about the area. Breakfast awesome. Will definitely be back. Thank you for our wonderful stay :)

Brilliant stay. Clean, super friendly and stylish. Breakfast was excellent. Would recommend without hesitation. Also, Folkestone was a lot of fun. Great places to eat and nice pubs (some with live music). Also live music on the harbour arm.

Always wonderful, large clean well appointed rooms with beautiful bathrooms & and very cordial hosts. Their freshly cooked to order breakfast is simply the best in the business. Cereal’s, beautiful breads, fruits and yogurt, gorgeous jams. Sets you up for the day, you won’t want to eat until the evening. Our first choice always, when visiting Folkestone - every time!

Super friendly hosts. Really comfy bed (I am fussy about mattresses). Quiet. All you could ask for at breakfast. Fresh juices, yoghurts, fruit, freshly made muffins, full English, all hot drinks, etc, the works.

Mark and Leigh were the perfect hosts from start to finish and such lovely people. Could not find any fault with 10to12 whatsoever. The rooms are spacious, very clean and beautifully appointed, decor warming and the beds comfortable. Bath/Shower as well fab. Mark’s cooked breakfast to die for and the breakfast from cold to hot treats on offer was spot on. A top notch place, you will be lucky to get a room at this fabulous inn!

Where to start? I'll start with Leigh & Mark, the owners, who from the first greetings let you feel completely at home among friends. We arrived early and were given an option to choose between three rooms, the one we selected was spacious and facing the main road, Regency terraces with a bit of a sea view. Everywhere you are surrounded by quirky animals and funky posters, I personally loved them. The room was immaculately clean, the breakfast delicious, with a lot of sweet and savoury options and some homemade pastries. Mark & Leigh's recommendations were indispensable, their warmness and accommodating attitude captivating. I hope to visit this place many more times.

FANTASTIC place to stay, Mark and Leigh are really hospitable the room was spacious and comfortable and as we booked directly we got a complimentary drink on arrival! Breakfast was great too! Love the location, easy walking distance to everything you need for a nice relaxing break
