Very pleasant stay and the house was lovely and warm.

The worst b&b I have stayed at. What a dump. When we arrived at7.30on Sunday evening and we were shown to the room we wanted to run away but at that time of day where to go. We even had to ring Lin to get in the house. Shouldn't have bothered. Our room was so small we could not pass each other round the bed. To view the TV we would have had to lie in the bed where our feet go. There was nota top in the room not cluttered and lighthouses abundant - on the walls tops everywhere. Breakfast must have been cooked the night before. The place needs a good clean.

My husband and I have just spent two nights at Apple tree cottage b and b as I was visiting my husband who works down there. We can't praise Lynn enough for her lovely hospitality. She couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely (beach theamed) bed clean and comfortable, bathroom very clean. Breakfast wonderfull. Will definitely be staying here again. Excellent value for money.

We had a very nice experiece at this b&b. We had all we needed and Lyn was very nice to us. Breakfast was lovely too. This b&b is very close to the local shops and also has a pub in the same street.
