We had a friendly welcome, the staff were happy to answer all questions. The rooms themselves are snug - there isn't much space around the bed in ours (twin). The usual TV and tea, coffee are also included. Our room had a separate bathroom across the corridor which wasn't ideal but it isn't shared. Breakfast was very good with plenty to eat.

One of the best if not the best B&Bs I have stayed in. The house itself is quiet, close to the seafront and homely. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is amazing, and best of all are the staff! Carol is a lovely host, always has a smile ready and really cares about her guests. Am already looking at booking my next stay and highly recommend!

Really lovely B&B right near the front and most local amenities. We were met by the owner Carol who was so welcoming and friendly and showed us our room and pointed out anything we needed to know. The room was really comfortable and warm (it was a cold weekend) with plenty of wardrobe space and more drawer space than we have ever seen anywhere. And one of the best things was an electric point near a mirror with a seat in front! Yay! No struggle to do my hair!!! There are only five rooms in this lovely house so only a short flight of stairs for us. I must also thank the wonderful chatty and informative Gill and Marina who cooked and served us our tasty breakfast. There is nothing these ladies do not know about the area and surrounds and directed us to the best places to visit and shop. I would highly recommend this lovely B&B.

Fabulous place to stay. Cleanliness of the place is immaculate. The breakfast is more than enough to set you up for the day, very accomodating and lovely food. Kathleen and Graham are two of the most genuinely nice people you cold meet, and a big shout out to the back of house staff as well, all so friendly and happy. Cannot wait to return.

Lovely rooms. Lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms had everything you needed. Excellent breakfasts from continental to fully cooked. Vegetarians catered for. Ideally located for travel to Portsmouth via Gosport Ferry and the Isle of Wight. Excellent bus and rail service. Great for short or long stay. Thank you Kathleen and Graham. See you again soon.
