very poor. tried to stay at a number of their locations in and around Guildford. Great for the first week or so then they started debiting my credit card without permission and at different rates. Even asked me to move to a bigger room for more cost for no reason. Frankly avoid these people at all costs. The cheap accommodation is not worth it.

Cheap and cheerful. However, it's in a superb location with panoramic views over Guildford. Self serve breakfast, towels included and clean sheets etc made my stay fine for a Saturday night. My only complaint is how darn difficult it is to contact the owner and parking for you car, room enough for one unless you fancy being blocked in.

Self service breakfast of bread.cereal.fruits.yoghurt. Location rather close to city centre but aware that it is an uphill walk back. Room basic but clean and cosy. Unfortunately we are greeted by 3 live wasps and noticed 2 more dead ones in the morning, but nevertheless grateful none of us got stung while asleep (one managed to hide in our shoes and stung one of us in the morning - fortunately it was mild and did not affect our day at Thorpe Park :-) View from room is ok, wished that the garden was trimmed as limited view due to this. Wifi is available foc which is great. Overall pleasant experience.

Wonderful stay. I was in room 4. Gorgeous view of the town, french windows to the balcony and garden, straight across from the kitchen. The only issues were the lack of storage facilities in the room and parking. I was lucky I was the first driver therw and got the parking space available, otherwise one has to park on the street and pay. The storage space in the room was limited to a side bed chest with four drawers. I stayed the weekend and it was fine. If you stay longer, you might have difficulties. I'd definitely come back.

Unfortunately, my honest response is that it was cold and grotty. The host was friendly enough but the standard in general was poor e.g. kettle could only be used by crawling under the desk to reach the only socket in the room; mouldy peanuts on the bedroom rug and a very large, very cold decaying and dated bathroom. The house also has really poor soundproofing so we could hear conversations from other guests from before sunrise. Apart from the kitchen, the areas we saw need total refurb and the garden areas add to the atmosphere of neglect. Shame because it's in a great location and could be brilliant with TLC applied. Would not stay again; would not recommend. Sorry.

Definitely not to be recommended. We phoned twice to advise our arrival time, both times no answer, just an answering machine. Had difficulty finding exact location, poorly lit from street, no signage at all. More a case of guess which property. When someone eventually answered the door he spoke little or no English. He just told us top of the stairs, room on the left. It was locked & when we told him he went off to try & find the key. After trying several keys he still couldn't unlock the door. He went off again & we could hear him washing the dishes!!! That was all the help we got. We walked out & had start looking for accommodation at 9.30pm on a Sat night. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!

I Travel all over the UK with work, and to be honest i am not that fussy as long as it is clean an comfortable, Angel View did not live up to that by a long way. Beds were uncomfortable, the whole B&B was not that clean., you had use of the Kitchen, but the units are mostly broken or you look inside and not clean, . Apparently they have a House keeper !!, a young student who appears to just use the place as he wants, with his mates , to the detriment of the guests, continental breakfast was available , but some Milk and Bread would be a starter., Heating was on on when we arrived , but after that the place was cold for 3 nights, Lack of basic stuff like Toilet Roll, and Toilet was Dirty on arrival, We will not be back .

The room was comfy enough and nice looking. Tea and a mini kette provided which is all it takes to keep me happy tbh. The owners were very nice, I was probably the most annoying guest ever wanting to check in five hours early and leaving my purse in the room and only noticing after I left but they were very nice about it and let me come back in to look (and I was allowed to check in when I wanted to). Only downside was the doors are the noisest things on the planet so if you want to sleep in I suggest ear plugs. It's fine at night though because everyone else is asleep too.
