Very good hotel room was very clean and well maintained and Lady was very friendly and helpful, a good freshly cooked full English Breakfast.
The local was lovely and quite and the two local parks are worth a walk around.

A gem of a small hotel. Well located in Cheltenham with on-street parking included. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Our host was welcoming and accommodating and made us feel at home. The bedroom was comfortable with a coffee/tea setup and daily replenished biscuits. The bathroom was well equipped and had large bottle of good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The "Continental Breakfast" went far beyond that implied by the general usage of the term. A range of fresh breads, bagels, crumpets and home baked croissant was complimented by the typical cereals, fruit, juice, yoghurt etc. but in this case there was also soft-boiled eggs, beef, boiled ham, charcuterie, cheeses, smoked salmon, pork pies and sausage rolls.

Great place, shame they can no longer do cooked breakfast, assume hangover from covid years, however breakfast was fine with cheeses, cold meats etc. Great location centrally in Cheltenham

Really disappointed on the hotel after reading reviews. The location is superb. Parking can be a bit of an issue if your unlucky as it's street parking. The room was a good size and clean but we had damp/mould in the shower room and under the window which was only single glazed and never shut fully. The room was warm enough but the damp in what is claimed to be luxury B&B . The other issue we had is when we booked it said full English breakfast... It's not, it's in fact a salad. The information on the site has been changed now but they forgot to remove the photos of the full English on the website. It also claims COVID precautions...there's none. Disappointed and will use the PI hotel on the other end of the high street

Excellent stay at The Abbey - Sophie and Greg are lovely, friendly hosts. The breakfasts were delicious! My room was really clean and very comfortable. I slept really well. Over all a perfect stay! Will definitely be back.

Very clean and the lady of the house was very welcoming, she made us feel comfortable… one complaint we think is worthy of mentioning maybe for future reference… our last morning breakfast was quite uncomfortable as Greg we believe his name to be, made us feel A little rushed as he began clearing our table before we had left. It may be a good idea not to make your guests feel rushed or uncomfortable especially as you offer breakfast up till 10.00am. We booked for 9.45am
