Since retiring just over 3 years ago, my wife and I have toured Britain, from the Highlands of Scotland to the South coast, always staying in B&Bs. Without doubt, St.Algars is the very best B&B we have had the pleasure to stay at.
Everything is just perfect. The proprietor, Kimberley, could not be more welcoming and accommodating.
The breakfasts are excellent, with all locally produced food.
We cannot recommend St Algars highly enough.

The room was comfortable, everything catered for. The breakfast was lovely and really enjoyed it. Kimberly was such a lovely lady, so down to earth and made you feel so welcome from the time you arrived to the time you leave, nothing was too much trouble.

For anyone needing a a clean, comfortable B&B with a helpful, caring host, this is the place. Within 10 minutes of Wimborne, St Algar’s in Holt is a lovely place to stay with everything you want and more, including a beautiful garden. I was well looked after by charming host Kimberly who is also extremely knowledgeable about the area. The fresh eggs from her own chickens for breakfast were quite a delicious treat! She had provided everything you could possibly need with thoughtful extras too.
