Well, where to start?! Mark and Lyndsay were the perfect hosts and went over and above for us. We were greeted warmly and we only need ask for something for it to be done. We requested vegan breakfasts (as well as non vegan), plus oat milk to be available - we were not disappointed. For breakfast, we had drink and fruit options, a choice of 7 cereals, toast, spreads and preserves, plus a wonderfully cooked breakfast. For us vegans, we were blown away! You don't normally get that even when eating out, nevermind at a B & B! The rooms were styled to a lovely mix of contemporary and vintage and they were immaculate. Every detail was thought of - it really seemed like a home from home. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the blinds/curtain combo meant the room could be completely dark, ensuring a great night's sleep. One night, my step daughter locked herself out of their room late at night and Mark didn't hesitate in helping out immediately. We were also super grateful for the location recommendations, which made our stay even better. We loved hearing about the business history and how Mark and Lyndsay came to where they are today. I would personally like to thank them both for making the stay so warm and personable and for creating such a welcoming environment. As someone who suffers anxiety when being away from home, they both made me feel very cared for and relaxed. We would definitely recommend the Crossways and have shared among our vegan groups online.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely one night stay. The couple are absolutely lovely, the rooms are charming and very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Really lovely place. Highly recommend!

Beautiful guest house, upon arrival were greeted by the owners who are lovely. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked to order and served with a chat about our day, which I thought was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very clean and we had everything we needed. Thankyou for a lovely stay

I could recommend the Crossways all day to anyone looking to get away. Friendly and helpful and no stress at all, Mark and Lyndsey are great at what they do. Far more personable than the big chains with those little extras to help out along the way, they have thought of nearly everything and if you have forgot anything they have probably have that too. The only down fall and this is me being picky is that the shower was a little small for my liking but as I said that's me being picky. Apart from that you should absolutely choose the Crossways for your stay, I will certainly be back when I'm in Cheltenham again.

Every bit as good as the reviews suggest. Excellent location, parking available and Mark helped us with our luggage on arrival. We have never stayed anywhere where the hosts have paid so much attention to detail, they have thought of everything to make guests' stays as comfortable as possible. They set themselves a very high standard and then live up to it. Could not be better!

Mark and Lindsey are wonderful hosts delivering faultless service the way it used to be. Excellent B&B incorporating 6 rooms with every detail catered for, a great breakfast plus its in a central location to explore Cheltenham and surrounding areas. We stayed there for a local wedding and will definately return. Top marks from us.

We can highly recommend Crossways - the location is ideal for the shopping and entertainments in the centre of town and the standard of accommodation is excellent. This is truly a 'guest house' because Mark and Lyndsey treated us as though we were their friends - not paying guests. We stayed for two night with another couple who were equally impressed. We were welcomed by Mark who arranged car parking for us and even offered to help with our luggage. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. We were provided with every amenity we could think of in our room including a comprehensive tea tray with luxury biscuits and hot chocolate drinks; dressing gowns and slippers and a heater and even a hot water bottle! We were asked to choose our breakfast from a long list of healthy options and, of course a full English, all of which was well presented and delicious. We will be back!
