Loved our stay. Stayed here for 4 nights with my family including our 2 yr old. We felt extremely welcomed and very at home. Ran by a lovely family who go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The rooms are cozy, but very well kept. Fantastic showers and beds, great gym, lovely country setting and free continental breakfast - great value for the price. Would recommend to anyone.

This kind of hotel isn't for some people but it will be for most... Very hands-off service but nonetheless excellent and polite service. There are only four rooms, to me this added to the charm of the hotel. Nice clean rooms and an excellent shower... But the real selling point is the free gym. Real equipment and a ping pong table... Truly excellent. They also provided free sweets and board games to help entertain kids. Breakfast was provided but was a DIY continental so no bacon etc but it means you could help yourself at 5am or 11 whatever suits your needs... 10/10 would stay again!

Positive: The room and whole appearance was very clean. Richard was very friendly. There was a full gym which was unexpected. Access to the breakfast room was unrestricted which was nice for a midnight bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes (they taste too good!). The bed was comfy enough and the shower was amazing. I would liked to have seen more of the property (it has a lot of character) but unfortunately arrived very late and had to leave early. Its conveniently located just off the M1 and was far nicer than a travel lodge. Its not a hotel but if you're looking for a stopover with a touch of class, this is everything you need.. Negative: Room was very small and breakfast was very limited to eggs (cook yourself), toast and cereal..

Positive: We had the place to ourselves, so no worries about social distancing. Nice quiet area and easy to find. Shower was nice and hot, although room very clean it was a little compact. We were met on arrival and shown round, it even had a gym, very nicely set out.. Negative: I understand it’s an old building, but I didn’t get a wink of sleep first night due to the constant walking from above, due too some VERY squeaky floorboards, opening and closing of drawers plus talking that went on till around 1am, sounded like they were in our room, then started up again approx 6.30am (oh plus the dog barking at 3am for around 5 mins).Lovely place but TAKE EARPLUGS.

What a lovely place, with a warm and professional welcome
You feel very safe and the rooms are spotless.
The breakfast selection is superb and I can't fault
I would give these guy's a ten out of ten, as five stars doesn't worthy enough.
Well done, and we return again when away from Spain.

Lovely house, clean rooms, bed not too comfy, pillows lumpy.
Very helpful owners although didn't see them much only once twice in our stay which doesn't bother us.
Breakfast selection ok but not really for vegans.

We were greeted and shown around by a lovely lady. She showed us the room and breakfast room. The bedroom was airy, clean and a very pretty. The ensuite was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

If travelling north or south just off the M1 this is a perfect place to stop and our hosts recommended a local hostelry for evening meal which was spot on. Clean bright comfortable including breakfast.
