Superb
Jane and Peter made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
Perfect for biking, walking and a peaceful getaway.
Very clean and tidy, felt like a home not a guest house, breakfast is one of the best we've had, everything was hot and perfectly cooked. Rooms are well kept and fresh.
We stayed here for a weekend to ride at the bike park, which is just 3 miles away, has secure bike storage with cleaning facility, a room for dirty clothing, road cycling looks good here too. We will try that next year.
Parking is fine, if you are not selfish, it is far better than city parking. Showers may not be what you are used to, (water pressure)was fine for us, but appreciate where you are! We also had full sized bath. (Room 6)
We could not fault the place and would whole heartedly recommend .
Thank you
We will be back

Lovely stay with Peter and Jane who are so friendly and kind . We felt very much at home here only two nights but had a brilliant time in the Forest of Dean, Symonds Yat and we did the Art Walk in the forest..3 hours, Tintern Abbey and the Devils Pulpit which is a killer ! 1 Mile yes but it's pretty much a vertical mile! Peter and Jane were very helpful and their breakfast was one of the best ever!! We would definitely would go again. Also most important, very comfy beds!!!

A lovely bed and breakfast, mine host and hostess were truly delightful. The house looks out over the cricket pitch, and is next door to an interesting pub. The room was comfortable, clean, cosy with a nice en suite. The BnB has an honesty policy with the bar downstairs, which is well stocked, a good range, and reasonably priced. Great place

Me and Angela and Brook our border terrier was very satisfied with the premises and Hosts when we stayed over for one night in July . Breakfast was top class and the hosts where really welcoming everything was perfectly in place and everything was thought out due to the current situation nothing to be disappointed about.
Great place to stay for walking and the rest.
Would stay again and recommend.

Really lovely owners we were welcomed with tea and cake, and explaining everything we needed to know about the area and the pub next door, which we used on the first night for our evening meal. Would definitely recommend any body wanting to stay in this quaint village to use their B&B.

Lovely two day stay here, Peter and Jane were great hosts, very welcoming and friendly, a decent breakfast that set us up for a days biking at the Forest of Dean ,which was only at 10 minute bike ride from the b’n’b, will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay, there’s a couple of pubs within walking distance too 👍

Highly recommend. Stopped two nights. Very comfortable, warm and clean. Welcomed by the lovely couple who own it. Breakfast was fantastic, beautifully cooked, with a great choice. Covid alert, but not fussy. Local information, tailored to our needs, printed off for us, really helpful. Two local pubs excellent for evening meal, in walking distance. Ask to meet their dog, Rolo.
