The Blue Mantle Guesthouse

Under new ownership since we last stayed here and vast improvements have been carried out. Lovely warm welcome . Room has been updated considerably(we were in the same room many years ago) The breakfast was delicious and definately hit the spot after dancing our socks off to live music in the local pub the night before. Can highly recommend staying in this lovely homely guesthouse.

Six of us stayed in 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need. The breakfast was amazing and the service fantastic. The owners couldn't do enough for us. They were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Location is very good, in the centre of Wellington and we would certainly recommend this guesthouse to anyone who was visiting the area.

We stayed at this lovely B &B for 2 nights. The room was spotlessly clean with everything you could need. The breakfast had to be the best ever. A family run business, who are the friendliest people. The Blue Mantle will be our first stop, the next time we visit...10/10

Such a welcoming place, nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. I was made to feel very at home. Had an excellent night's sleep in a very clean and comfortable room followed by a wonderful home cooked breakfast the next day. Can't praise the hosts highly enough. I will definitely be back. Great location too, You wouldn't know you were so conveniently close to the M5.

Really friendly owner and lovely family. What a breakfast, great food and great value. In a pretty little town and very nice high street. I wish them lots of luck because they work very hard to welcome visitors 🙂.

Very welcoming host room was adequate and for an old old building was more than we expected, breakfast lovely wish l had a better appetite 😀 as no way could l have hoped to finish it.will be back great stay

Such a lovely hotel now. Last stayed here over 20 years ago so wow! What a difference. Louise & Andrew have turned it into the most beautiful place. They are both wonderful and their children were some of the loveliest little angels I've ever met. Rooms and immaculate and have all the little extra luxuries that one so looks forward to when going to a guest house. Decor perfect. Breakfasts are top notch. Well done guys. First time since new people are running it well impressed with all the improvements very friendly great rooms very clean and the bed was so comfy 👌 and what a breakfast and a very friar price OK for parking your
Car a must if you are down that way
