If what you looking for is a copy and paste chain style hotel, this is not for you. Hollybank is a little gem full of quirkiness in stunning surroundings. We love absolutely everything about it, from the glorious building itself to the relaxing atmosphere. The room (pink) was large and comfortable. The bed and sheets were superb. The park is a real oasis of peace and beauty. Perfect for those visiting with their canine friend. The hosts are delightful. Everything has been put in place to ensure the guests safety - from available hand sanitiser in the hall and in the room, to the guests being served breakfast in different parts of the house. We enjoyed ours in a veranda facing the croquet lawn, with far reaching views of the sea and yachts AND a passing deer! To top it all the food was gorgeous with very fresh eggs from the house's own hens. Another couple was placed on another terrace whilst the third group were served in the dining room. As far as social distancing goes, it felt like we were the only guests there. From now on this will be our go to place when we need to get out of London.

Great venue for a local wedding reception. I enjoyed working as official wedding photographer at the recent wedding of Emma and Adam at this fantastic Emsworth venue. Fantastic gardens for photos and supportive venue manager and host. Can't wait to get back again soon.

Lovely house. Nice spacious room with large bathroom with bath and terrific shower.
Nice public rooms to linger in. Lovely owners who are very helpful and interested.
Can absolutely recommend. A good place for a family gathering especially with the large public rooms and lots of parking.

Beautiful old house with lots of character. Run by an exceptionally welcoming family. The rooms are spacious and warm (even in an old house without great insulation). Breakfast is excellently prepared and very tasty. The location is very nice, with a lovely grounds which has great wildlife - I personally saw deer one of the two days we were there. You can really tell the effor that has gone into making this a fantastic B&B.
