The Lodge at Manor Barn

This is a comfortable, clean, private "home from home"! Perfect hosts, deliciously healthy breakfasts in a wonderful relaxing setting. It felt more like we were staying in a hotel! Also conveniently located for access to both highway and trains. Loved our stay!

We've stayed several times at the Lodge. Always very comfortable, clean and warm. Great to have convenient breakfast in the room with fresh produce. Diana is always very welcoming and attentive. Tom

Parents stayed here for more than two weeks. Perfect, quiet location with private parking right outside. Close to local facilities but on a secluded common so peaceful and rural in feel. Lovely, cosy barn annex, self-contained, tastefully and calmly decorated, comfortable with a good shower. Hosts are warm and friendly, helpful but discreet.

Our stay at the Lodge has been fantastic. A very well equipped en-suite room fitted and decorated to the highest standards! A delight to stay here. On arrival we were made very welcome. Nothing is to much for the owners! We fully recommend the Lodge for a quiet and relaxed stay!

Fabulous accommodation. Just what we wanted after a long flight. Having 3 nights to catch up with relatives nearby. Very quiet and quaint location. Walking distance to the town centre. Beautiful surroundings. Thanks Diana and Colin.

What a wonderful stay in this delightful lodge. Our hosts Diana and Colin were extremely welcoming and had provided us with everything we needed in this small,but delightfully presented lodge. The decor , furnishings and facilities were all immaculate . We were warm ,cosy and very comfortable…Thank you.
Sadly,the weather meant we couldn’t use the garden, but we will return .
